Do you offer a free plan?

Yes! We have a free plan for you to test our tool. It supports up to 100 contacts and allows you to send up to 500 emails.

Do your contracts look me in?

No! Except our 1 year plans, all of our month/month plans give you the hability to cancel at any time.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We have partnered with Stripe and PayPal to provide safe and secure payments. All of our payments are charged in USD.

Do you work with cannabis, gambling, and adult companies?

Yes, we allow legal businesses that offer these types of services, products, or content: Pornography/sexually explicit content, Dating, Cannabis Businesses, Pharmaceutical products, Casino and Gambling services or products, Multi-level marketing, Affiliate marketing, Sports Betting, Credit repair and get out of debt opportunities, List brokers or list rental services, Cryptocurrencies, virtual currencies, and any digital assets related to an Initial Coin Offering

Do you offer transactional email services?

We don't support SMTP but you have a API to use our services programmatically.

Do you offer a dedicated IP address?

Yes, only if you have more than 450,000 subscribers. Your dedicated IP address should be requested to our team by email.

Can you do A/B testing?

We don’t have that feature yet.

How can I use the HTML drag and drop editor?

We are using GrapeJS, the Next-generation tool for building templates without coding. You can check here a newsletter demo using a GrapeJS editor (which is free to use too) . Also, you can check a very well explained video on Youtube about how to use the editor (click here)

Do you support variables?

Not yet, but it will be added soon.

What if I'm having issues with my email verification?

You can message us through our chat popup, or email us using our contact info

Is there any discount?

We don’t have any discounts currently.

Do you offer personalized plans?

Yes! But it has to be for a bigger bundle than what’s available.

How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can manage all of this on your own from your dashboard!

When does the billing cycle start?

The first day of the month.

What happens if I forget to downgrade my plan on time?

Unfortunately, we don’t give refunds on renewals, you can check our terms and conditions Here.

Why is the account email address used as the sender and not the one I stored in the campaign?

The email you have in your account will be the email sender, if you want to change it let us know.

Why do my emails land in the spam folder?

Please check your domain reputation here https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx, some domains are blacklisted by Gmail (which is not something related to us).

Can I integrate Postr with Wordpress?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a WordPress plugin, but you can use our API or our signup forms (you can embed the form using an iframe pointing to us). We can give the iframe code if needed

Is it possible to integrate your solution with ClickFunnel?

You have 3 options:
-You can add a link to your subscribers form (inside each list you will see the link)
-If you want to use the same look and feel you could add it as an iframe. We can provide the iframe code if needed.
-Use our API to add contacts programmatically.

How can I change my billing frecuency from monthly to yearly or viceversa?

You will be required to downgrade your account back to the Free Plan
Step 1: Navigate to the Subscription page, click "Downgrade" in the Free Plan section and confirm your downgrade. Downgrades are not effective immediately, your premium subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Step 2: Once your billing period ends and your account downgrade has become effective, navigate back to the Subscription Page and click "Upgrade" in your preferred subscription plan's section. You will now be asked to choose a new billing frequency.

Is my payment info deleted after I downgrade?

Yes! It’s deleted automatically. The information is handled by Stripe or Paypal, we don’t store your credit or debit card data.

Where can I see my invoices?

If you’re paying with a Credit/Debit card, you can find them by going onto link/billing → billing portal-> invoices.
If you’re using paypal you have to download the invoice from http://paypal.com/

Can I add other parameters, like first name, last name, etc.?

Yes, you can edit your list and add custom fields.

Do you have a Webhook or an API?

Using our API, you can send a new campaign, add a new contact, and users can use our unsubscribe endpoint.

Using the contact list, can i find specfic contact data between certain dates?

You can see which contacts got your campaign on Reports

How do I change my payment method?

Go to the "Billing" section on your dashboard. There you can update your credit card information. If you are using PayPal, you must make the change directly on your PayPal account.
